ABOUT LARK PSYCHOTHERAPY
Therapy for you—and the people you worry about most.
Because when someone you love isn't okay, you're not untouched by it.
CARE FOR THE WHOLE PICTURE
For you. For the people you love.
Maybe your child doesn't seem like themselves. Your teenager is pulling away. You're worried about someone you love and can't stop wondering what you should be doing differently.
Or maybe you're the one everyone thinks is doing just fine.
Lark was created for all of it—the child who doesn't have the words yet, the teenager who needs someone outside the family, the parent lying awake worrying, and the adult who's tired of appearing fine.
We care for the person who's struggling—and the people who love them.
OUR APPROACH
Clinical experience without the clinical feel.
Lark was founded by Suzanne Esposito, LCSW, after more than a decade working with children, teens, adults, and families—including years in hospital-based mental health care. She wanted to create the kind of practice she knew families were looking for: experienced therapists who also feel like real people.
We take the work seriously, without making therapy feel sterile or impersonal. You’ll find warmth, honesty, and therapists who get to know the person in front of them—not just the reason they walked through the door.
Our guiding principles
Honesty
We'll tell you the truth — kindly, but clearly. You deserve a therapist who's real with you, not one who just reflects back what you want to hear.
Trust
Everything you share here stays here. What happens in this room is yours.
Warmth
This is a room where you are welcome exactly as you are. No performance required.
Resilience
We believe in your capacity to move through hard things — even when you can't feel it yet. Especially then.
