FERTILITY & IVF THERAPY IN NEW CANAAN, CT

IVF doesn't care how perfectly you have it together

What does it actually feel like to go through this?

Exhausting. Isolating. All-consuming. Fertility treatment asks everything of you — physically, emotionally, financially — while the rest of your life keeps demanding that you show up perfectly. You're monitoring your body, managing your hope, and pretending to everyone around you that everything is fine.

It's one of the loneliest experiences a woman can go through. And it's made lonelier by the fact that most people around you don't know what to say — or don't know at all.

  • The anxiety of every appointment, every result, every wait

  • The grief when a cycle doesn't work

  • The pressure to stay positive when you're falling apart inside

  • The identity shift of becoming someone whose life revolves around trying to conceive

You deserve support through all of it.

How therapy works

Fertility treatment is hard enough. Therapy shouldn't be.

We'll start with a free 15-minute consultation where you can share what's bringing you in and get a feel for whether we're the right fit. No pressure, no commitment.

From there, sessions are 50 minutes — in person in New Canaan, CT, or virtually across New York and Connecticut. We'll work at your pace, through whatever this season is asking of you. Some sessions will be heavy. Some will surprise you. All of them will be honest.

Sessions are $250. Many clients use out-of-network benefits for partial reimbursement — I provide a superbill after each session to make that simple.

Therapy for fertility challenges can help you...

  • Stop carrying this alone

  • Process the grief of cycles that didn't work

  • Build tools to manage the anxiety of waiting and not knowing

  • Navigate the emotional toll of trying to conceive at any stage

  • Reconnect with yourself outside of the fertility journey

  • Feel truly supported by someone who gets it
